Flip Coins for Fun: A Tossing Game

Flip Coins for Fun: A Tossing Game craft

You and your friends will flip again and again for this coin toss game. It’s made with Crayola Heads ‘n Tails™ Dual-Ended Colored Pencils!

  • 1.

With your Crayola Heads ‘n Tails™ Dual-Ended Colored Pencils, draw a circle on a file folder. The circle should fit inside a muffin tin cup. With Crayola Scissors, cut out this circle. Trace around it to make about 24 circles. Cut out all of the circles.

  • 2.

Design six circles as targets to place in the muffin tin cups. You could make each cup worth a different number of points, depending on whether the coin lands on heads or tails, for example. Create your own rules for the game! Decorate the rest of the muffin tin with colorful cutouts, chenille sticks, or other craft supplies.

  • 3.

On one side of each remaining circle, draw a head or a tail—of animals or anything you wish. You have a choice of double the number of colors. Be creative, and remember to design an even number of heads and tails. Glue the circles together to make your coins—matching a head with each tail—with Crayola School Glue. Air-dry the glue

Agree on the rules and you’re ready to flip your coins into the cups! For more fun, predict in advance whether your coins will land heads or tails!
